Services: I offer three types of appraisals:
1. Flat fee per item: This is a simple appraisal with a report. It is not intended for insurance purposes, the IRS, or the courts. It is for understanding what the items is, and its value on the open market.
2. Hourly rate: This is an appraisal with an exhaustive report. It satisfies, and even exceeds the requirements of the IRS. It adhears to the USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice).
3. Estate walk through: This is a unique service soley based on over a decade of experience of selling common items in the open market. I "walk and talk" room by room while giving a re-sale value to everything while the client takes notes.
I also network with estate liquidators, dealers, and auction houses for those who simply want to sell instead of seeking an appraisal.
I have worked with most of the attorneys in Roxboro as well as the Clerk of Court for references or credibility.
