The Musky Inn, originally built in 1906 by Amadee Chabrison, was an exclusive resort on Big St. Throughout the century it has been one of the areas top notch restaurants and anchor lodge for Deer Run Resort. The premise had sat vacant for last several years in dire need of update and new business plan. We purchased the main lodge and small cottage in October 2013 and immediately began and complete
an extensive remodel. Everything in this beautiful old lodge has been completely renovated. The electrical, plumbing, heating, well systems have all been put in brand new. The complete interior has been renovated, 2 great rooms, 13 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, porch's, decks, flooring, lighting, all new appliances and on and on. The main lodge will be available in 2 units for rent, a South and North unit as well as another small cottage. The North andSouth Units both sleep up to 20 plus guests. A party requiring all of the space can rent both units and simply open a doorway that connects the 2 great rooms and kitchen areas. The small east cottage will sleep 2-4 guests. The grounds are level and amenities are numerous. in unit washer/dryer on north and south units. dishwasher in north and south units, ample doc space, fish cleaning house, sand volleyball court, beach, fire pits, grills, wifi, sat tv, hd flat screens, pool table and ping pong in south unit, and much much more.
