Still waiting for City of Saluda to announce whether there will a 2023 C**n Dog Day Festival. The City’s Bd of Commissioners created a “C**n Dog Day Committee” at the March 13th meeting but the Festival hasn’t been mentioned in posted Bd minutes since. Questions?
