There are so many things to love about downtown Hendersonville, NC, and Postero restaurant is now one of them for us!
I tried Postero on a day date with a 7 year old. Their menu has so many fabulous things I had a hard time choosing, but nothing was catching my kiddo’s interest, so they offered up multiple kid-friendly options and whipped up some buttered pasta for him - happy kid!
As for me, I enjoyed every bite of the Burrata Toast, with Burrata cheese on toasted sourdough with blueberries, suppressants, basil and almonds. It was amazing!
This was the perfect spot for a pretty and delicious lunch. Bonus: Postero had little dinosaurs stashed around the restaurant and we were very entertained trying to find them all!
Postero and downtown Hendersonville are about 30 minutes from @fishtopcabin !
