Interior design, specialty painting and augmentation, murals and faux finishes. Exterior room design, decks, garden embellishments and water features.

Working as a sole proprietor, I take on one client at a time. I won't be the one that shows up to make contact and give a bid - and then never be seen again as I ricochet between six commitments at one time. I'll be the guy that works WITH the client consistently to make a solid finality of what is seen inside one's mind and heart, grow into a reality - with all my effort, imagination and years of

experience behind me. I can alter one wall only or alter your entire environment. In addition to performing the designs, and create as the artisan - I can likewise give advice on overall design, plus communicate with you (or for you) to the plumber, the electrician, the carpenters, the architect, the gardener and so on. And more related - I can assist with the fabric provider, the furniture maker, the accessory purveyor to bring it all together as a cohesive work. The offering of Doug Danforth Design is to create environments - either indoors as rooms alone and unique, or multiple rooms that relate and 'flow' with one another. The outdoor realm is not a stranger either, as outdoor 'rooms', water gardens and outdoor furniture have also been a creative passion as well.

finished and cleaned up. Mantle given a glaze of umber to reenforce the color and freshen the finish. Tiles were added inside the mantle - on the former brick surround. This picture is much brighter than the room displays - it more appears as the former picture shows.
