One bedroom available in a gorgeous victorian-style home with full kitchen, two fridges, huge living room with a projector, co-working space, backyard with grill, and a grocery store a few blocks away. Available as early as mid-March.
Included in rent: weekly cleaning service, house & laundry supplies, ALL utilities and internet.
THE HOUSE:
- Top 2 floors in a massive 4-story house (room is located on the 4th floor)
- High ceilings, chandeliers, and decorative molding are present throughout our home
- 13 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms (you would share a bathroom located directly outside your room with one other roommate)
- Washer/dryer units in the house
- The house was completely renovated in August 2014
THE TENANTS:
- There are 12 of us (6 women, 6 men) and you’d be our 13th. Most of us have lived here for over two years
- We are all in our mid 20s, come from all over the world, and a variety of jobs including entrepreneurs, psychologists, architects, engineers, financiers, and a token bureaucrat.
- During the week we like to keep evenings quiet and will often hang out together in the living room or if it's a nice night, spend time together in the backyard
- On weekends we spend the days outdoors playing basketball, biking, hiking, acro yoga and beach volleyball. In the evenings many of us like to go out and occasionally we'll throw a party.
THE ROOM:
$1218/mo - this room is on the top floor. The windows overlook the backyard away from the street and provide lots of natural light. Although the room is small, it fits a queen sized bed. Outside of the room is a closet and a full bathroom, updated and cleaned every Monday. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate.
Security deposit is $1600.
Move in + Payment Details: - Security deposit, and rent are due before moving in ($1,600 + $1,218). Next month's rent is due each month on the 20th (ex. March rent is due Feb. 20). If you’d like to move in March, we can discuss a pro-rated rent.
