Very excited—flooring projects begin in a few weeks! First up- replacing the carpet in the downstairs master bedroom with hardwood flooring and a Ruggable rug!

One of the many reasons this area is so special❤️ Love this natural phenomenon where the Lake meets the Gulf - only 4 countries in the world have these coastal dune lakes!

Shunk Gulley is located about five minutes east down 30a from —beautiful views and great live entertainment! A definite favorite for us.
I highly recommend their grilled grouper sandwich…and top the meal off with a piece of Keylime pie!

Hello! Welcome to Cypress Pearl 30a. We purchased this home last year and absolutely love the area. The neighborhood is beautiful, filled with cypress ponds and walkways. We are conveniently located next to Topsail Hill Preserve, and all of the untouched beauty of this gorgeous state park. We are four homes away from the neighborhood infinity pool that overlooks the gulf. This community center also has a hot tub, a viewing deck for the amazing sunsets and a fitness center. The neighborhood has a second pool and tennis courts. Cypress Pearl sits in a wonderful location, right beside the expansive green space for some relaxing lawn games. We started this page to post some beautiful photos and to invite you to stay at Cypress Pearl if you are ever looking for a wonderful vacation.
