We chose to buy in Old Seagrove because it gave us the ability to access everything off 30A without having to deal with the hustle and bustle of 30A.

There's nothing better than the beaches on 30A! That white sugar sand is 100% the reason we ended up buying a vacation rental here... even moved here full time for it!
Our 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse is located in Old Seagrove. Tucked in a quite neighborhood on the other side of the Old Florida Fish House. Every room has their own private balcony with views of the gulf and preserve! We just couldn't pass it up.
