My name is Kim and I would like to introduce you to Choc-O-Broc. But first, a little bit about myself: I have been happily married for over 20 years, I am the mother of two, an animal lover, and a Registered Nurse who is passionate about health and nutrition. Although I am health conscious about the things I eat… honestly…I also do like to indulge in the sweet things as well. So I thought

to myself, why can’t I indulge in something sweet and also gain the health benefits of a superfood? Well, I know that broccoli is a potent superfood, but have never enjoyed the taste. I realized it would be a great way to combine the nutritional benefits of broccoli while enjoying the sweet rich creaminess of a chocolate truffle….and wah la! Choc-O-Broc was born.
