Greetings! There are a few Self Care ritual tea kits available for purchase at Twilight Gallery in West Seattle. I will be out of town for several days, hopefully finding new treasures to add to the kits I will be making for local holiday deliveries when I return. There will also be kits up in the Etsy shop for the New Year, so you can begin or continue your Self Care practice in 2017. I started my day with one of my herbal blends "Your Heart is in Your Hands", a pretty blend with red rosebuds, ginkgo, nettles, hibiscus, elderflower, linden, honeysuckle, hawthorne, cassia chips, angelica root, and oat buds. The blend was created to nourish the blood, elevate the heart, improve circulation and brain function, soothe nerves, and provide gentle warmth. I hope you'll try it out in the New Year as you add to your rituals for Self Care.

Blue Lotus is the first featured flower in my new series of flower meditation ritual tea kits. Rose, Plantain, Borage, Nasturtium, and Lily are a few of the flowers I plan to highlight as well.
