The Park at Seven Devils is under construction! Beginning today, July 2nd a crew is working to install a Playground and Fitness Equipment. For safety reasons the side of the Park, which the construction is happening will be CLOSED until the completion of the install (see map below for specifics).
The Town of Seven Devils was awarded a PARTF Grant to fund this project in October 2023.

Another mention of our lovely village.

Throughout the United States, there are various environmental phenomena known as the Seven Devils. In North Carolina, there is a town called Seven Devils, named by its seven founders after the seven peaks on the ridgeline of the Blue Ridge Parkway—with locals saying that “the wind blows like the devil up there in the wintertime.”

Kitchen Dwellers traveled to hell and back to deliver the band's fourth album 'Seven Devils', inspired by Dante's 'The Divine Comedy'.

SEVEN DEVILS — The Town of Seven Devils has received funding through a state grant to make significant improvements to the town park, according to Town Manager Johnathan Harris.

In the High Country, a $250,000 grant will ensure future development at Watauga County’s Park at Seven Devils.

The state has awarded almost $2 million in additional grants for parks and recreation projects. The funding is part of money being distributed through the North Carolina Parks and Recreation Trust Fund.
