When we purchased our very own "happy place" on North Beach 2 years ago we knew we wanted to do the same for other families.

Out of the Blue is a luxury 5 BR, 4 bath home in the historic Monroe Park neighborhood of South Haven, Mi . At 5500 square feet, Out of the Blue is the largest property in the neighborhood, making it the perfect multi generational family getaway! Enjoy spectacular sunsets from wrap around decks on 2nd and 3rd levels. Steps (no stairs) to North Beach (a one minute walk from the front door!)

The first level has 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a king bed and bunk bed ( perfect for a family ) and one with 2 custom built in twin over queen bunk beds (perfect for teens and adults). A spacious full bathroom accommodates both bedrooms.

The second floor has a beautifully appointed open floor plan with floor to ceiling windows overlooking Lake Michigan. Sliding doors open to the wrap around deck providing amazing views of the lake. The well equipt gourmet kitchen overlooks the great room and is a chef and entertainer’s dream! The second level has two more spacious bedrooms- a master suite with king bed and ensuite bathroom as well as an additional large bedroom with king bed.

On the third level, guests can enjoy the newly added pool table, sectional and game area that overlooks the beach and lake along with the luxurious main master suite and bath.
