Our co-hosting service includes a complete unit walk through/inspection and staging so the guests arrive to a well lit vacation home with a warm welcome.

We check all appliances, remote controls, internet, W/D, AC filter, hot water, toilets, etc. and over all cleanliness of the rental before each guest arrives.

It is not uncommon for guests to forget items inside the drawers and check-out. Some of these items can include prescription medications, illegal drugs/paraphernalia, and even personal firearms/weapons/ammunition.
