Dinner at the new Mediterranean restaurant in downtown Waco. A definite must! And their rooftop bar...YES!! I must say, Waco is becoming a hot foodie town!!

Today was a perfect day. Enjoyed a 3 mile walk by the river. And then lunch on the best patio on the river (thank you Slowrise!). And then grabbed a cold one at Brotherwell Brewing beer garden. Top that off with being with friends, I'd say it was a great day!

Today seemed like a good day to venture out of downtown to try another popular coffee shop...For Keeps Coffee. It exceeded my expectations, my latte was tasty & beautiful! If you are looking for that social, coffee-shop people-watching vibe...or if you need a spot to study or to get some work done, this is the place! Bonus: great outdoor patio too!

Well, I had my first Hollywood moment!!! While eating dinner at my favorite restaurant, Milo, where I frequent very often, Chip & Jo came in and sat across from our table!!! Chip looked right at me and waved, as if he actually remembered me from our days together at the Baylor Hamkamer business school!
Ahhh, I must say, every day in Waco is a good day!!!
