The Colorado King is close to wrapping up its extended spa day and we think you will really like the upgrades that we have added, most notable is A/C and heat in the enclosed lower deck.

We recently had the pleasure of meeting up with the builder and original owner of the Colorado King, Mr. Ron Embrey. Amongst the many topics we discussed, was how the King actually came to be.

It was a fascinating discussion that led to Ron disclosing that he had old VHS tape of the King and offered to convert it to DVD and donate it to our cause. Ron also donated a lot of the original memorabilia, articles, personal notes and last but not least, the blueprints.

There is more to be revealed, but for now we wanted to share the video with the public, enjoy Everyone

We then wrapped up the day with a guided UTV trip to the Painted Desert, the weather was ideal for a run into the desert!

LCRE also offers 90 min scenic cruises on the paddle wheeler and the weather looks nice for this Saturday's cruise.
