50th Birthday Holiday

Pheobe, our Asiatica agent, went over and above to ensure we had an easy & trouble free experience. She helped to design our tour, booked everything and kept in constant contact with us.
Throughout our holiday we received a text each day with our tour details, name if guides & drivers etc.
We missed a flight she rebooked it within the hour & rescheduled our tour. We got sick, she changed our itinerary to make sure we had enough down time to recover.
All the guides she booked were excellent. Great local knowledge, passionate about their region and just lovely people.
I would not book with anyone else. We are definitely a fan of Pheobe & Asiatica.

THE HIGH-LEVEL DELEGATION FROM THE AUSTRALIAN PARLIAMENT VISITS TRÀNG AN ECOTOURISM COMPLEX

During the official visit to Vietnam, on August 25th, a high-level delegation from the Australian Parliament, led by Senate President Sue Lines, visited the Tràng An Ecotourism Complex, part of the Tràng An Scenic Landscape Complex, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Ninh Bình.
After 10 years of being recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Tràng An has become a symbol of Vietnam's responsible commitment to preserving natural cultural heritage, serving as a cultural bridge between Vietnam and other countries.
Australian Senate President Sue Lines praised Ninh Bình's successful tourism efforts, particularly in attracting Australian tourists, and expressed hopes for further strengthening the strategic partnership between Australia and Vietnam, enhancing cooperation between Ninh Bình and Australian regions.

Our group of 6 booked our trip to Vietnam through Asiatica travel. The wonderful Fábio helped create a personalised itinerary according to our wants and interests. We could not have asked for better drivers or more knowledgeable, friendly and perfectly English spoken guides.

We have just returned from our 23 night Vietnam holiday and can honestly say it’s the best holiday we ever had. We reached out to Asiatica and Phoebe promptly replied with a suggested itinerary. We tweaked, added more activities, asked more questions and Phoebe got it right. From the moment we landed to the moment we flew, every day, every hotel, every activity, tour, cooking class, lantern and kite making, bike rides, boat rides, trekking through villages in , cruise on bay was flawless. We found it the perfect balance between time with guides and site seeing and time with family and exploring ourselves.
I used to be a travel agent and Phoebe is one of the most helpful, professional and responsive agent I have ever met. Even after we booked in the months leading up to our holiday, she answered my sometimes daily questions and made some last minute change requests. During our time in Vietnam she was in constant communication and even manage to secure alternative accommodation in on a Saturday night after an unexpected beach closure. An amazing trip experience with Phoebe

After much research, my husband and I decided to use a travel company to maximize our time and experience and comfort for our 3 week trip. From the initial conversation, Phoebe was very attentive and comforting and presented herself as someone that really knows her information. After a few questions and conversations about what we wanted from the trip, she presented an itinerary that we absolutely loved. Everything was so organized and in order that I have to be honest that before the trip it felt too good to be true. But it was and more. She kept in touch with us the entire trip, making sure everything was up to expectations. The tour guides were all friendly, sweet and caring and did everything they could to add to the experience.
