Exotic Animal World (Previously Butterfly World) is wheelchair accessible with an accessible toilet too. Staff of facilty + restaurant staff very friendly & helpful.

What an awesome experience so close to nature. One can get a bit lost but get to the information/ticket office then walking around is much better. The OLD BAKERY RESTAURANT has a wonderful variety of sweets & savories. There are chickens, c***s, turkeys & donkeys on site. The GARDENS are magnificent & clearly a lot of time & effort has gone into making it spectacular. There is a sloot with flowing water which one has to navigate around, if you are using a wheelchair ♿️ but quite manageable. Overall staff are friendly & facilities are wheelchair accessible.

The restaurant is delightful with a good variety of tasty foods. A step inside to pay, so if you are a wheelchair user like myself have a friend assist. Marius who manages the boat trip was awesome & went out if his way to assist me in my motorized wheelchair 👩‍🦼. Google Maps takes you on a wild goose chase, so look out for an entrance with gables & signage.

What an awesome experience. The owner Balbina is completely hands on & caters to your every need. For me, it included assisting me into their salt water pool. One is made to feel part of the family. They have x2 wheelchair accessible rooms with roll in showers 🚿. This is an Oasis in the centre of Robertson.
