For a delightful difference...instead of having breakfast or lunch at your hotel ie Self Catering accommodation in Arniston, live on the edge and DO savour these meals at “Mien’s Tea Garden,” a charming and homely spot in Kassiesbaai...only some 400 metres from the Arniston Hotel.🍰☕️🍷🥗🍛🥞🍳🥐🍰🍨

When visiting the charming seaside village of Arniston, some 195 km from Cape Town, you must visit the “Waenhuiskrans Cave.” It’s name comes from the idea that at low tide the cave is large enough to turn an old wagon with 16 oxen around in the space it has.
