“Planning my top incentive trip to Budapest was a blast! We kicked things off with a helicopter ride to the Hungarian Grand Prix - talk about a grand entrance! Then we zipped back to the hotel in cool Hummer 4x4s.

We mixed old and new Budapest perfectly. One day we'd be exploring Buda Castle, the next we'd be hitting up trendy restaurants. We also squeezed in some thermal spa time and Danube cruises.

Every day brought something new and exciting. From the charming old town to the buzzing nightlife – Budapest had it all. It was the perfect spot for an unforgettable trip, blending luxury, adventure, and culture.”

"I strolled through Alfama's winding streets, where every turn revealed a captivating tale as the nostalgic strains of Fado music filled the air. In Belém, I indulged in the heavenly Pastéis de Belém custard tarts while admiring the iconic Belém Tower.

While in Lisbon, I rode on the charming Tram 28 which took us on a scenic journey, rattling past vibrant buildings and stunning views. Heading to Sintra, I found enchanting palaces and mystical gardens that seemed plucked from a storybook.

Lest I forget, the cuisine was simply divine! From mouthwatering Bacalhau à Brás (cod fish) to sizzling grilled sardines and comforting Caldo Verde Soup."

Travelling with competition winners, who had also never been to the destination, was incredible as each and every step brought along a cultural enlightenment and re-awakening. From the food, people, and music to the shopping and cultural and historical experiences, every activity shone brighter than the last!”

What’s our Programme Manager Katie Keane’s favourite incentive destination? Iceland!

“It’s untamed, unusual, interesting, and totally “out-of-the-box” as an incentive destination. Yes, it takes a while to get there, yes it’s expensive, yes, it’s usually cold, but the experiences on offer are some of the most incredible anywhere in the world!

Ice caving under the glaciers, skiing on top of the same glaciers, snorkelling in Silfra (which has the clearest waters between two continents), sipping champagne in thermal baths, riding wild Icelandic horses across frozen tundras, dining in giant geo-thermal hot houses, eating wild crayfish with sweet garlic on the shores of the black, volcanic beaches, and so much more. It’s definitely a destination to aspire to!”

We’ve never seen so much game on any game drive (and we’ve been on plenty!). Qwabi truly is a magical place – the ambience, facilities, location, friendly staff – there was seriously not anything we could fault or complain about!

One of the most memorable incentive trips we’ve planned? It was to the malaria-free Qwabi Private Game Reserve, set in one of only two UNESCO-declared savannah biospheres in Africa and stretching over 11,000 hectares.

The guests were met with vibrant hospitality and a palpable passion for conservation in this vast and untamed wilderness that boasts over 5,500 species, including several uncommon birds and animals like white-backed night herons, aardvarks, and brown hyenas. In the Waterberg, the pay-off is the dramatic scenery and wildlife, fronted by Africa’s Big Five.

The magnificent LETAMO Lodge welcomed our guests with open arms, where they enjoyed luxury amenities, culinary treats, and incredible service all round. It was truly highlight after highlight in every aspect!
