Having guided and hunted with Tony all over Southern Africa during the past 12 years, we recently had the privilege of having Tony and Rachel Pennington on a hunting-touring-honeymoon-safari. The trip started off in the Limpopo region of South Africa. After several stalks on some jittery impala, Rachel managed to collect a beautiful impala, and shortly after that, one of her favourite animals, a stunning zebra stallion. We came close to realising Tony's lifelong dream of getting a 60" kudu, when he managed to bag a magnificent 59.5" bull. Now it was time for some relaxing and sightseeing. Next stop, a lovely Big 5 Private Game Reserve in the Eastern Cape. They were treated in 5 star luxury and comfort. Close encounters with a large pride of lions, rhinos and numerous giraffes on the game drives made it a thrilling and unforgettable experience. Now it was time for some culture, wining and dining, Western Cape style, so Stellenbosch and Franschhoek formed the final leg of the tour. Our host was a very elegant wine estate, surrounded by vineyards and orchards as far as the eye could see, at the foothills of Stellenbosch mountains. The next few days consisted of wine tasting, fine dining and exploring the many attractions Cape Town and the surrounding area has got to offer, this included breathtaking scenery around Cape point, feeding seals in Houtbay, stalking penguins on the beaches and eating local fish&chips in the harbour, fresh off the boat. An absolute highlight was the wine estates with their ancient Cape Dutch style buildings and rich history and fine wines ...Tony's personal favourite was undoubtedly the Port Festival at one of the oldest wine estates in the area....we sampled Port from various areas for hours... Thank you, it was a privilege to spend some of your precious honeymoon-time with you, and becoming much more than our clients... Our friends... See you next year!

Hunting this lovely old Bushbuck bull on foot, was probably the most exciting hunt of the safari, as it spooked, ran away, crossed a river and hid in the thickets before she finally got it.

Amy just completed a hunting safari with us here in Northern Zululand, not only did she have a truly magnificent African experience, she also had the privilege of enjoying a 5 star pampering in a "bush" day Spa near by.
She hunted a few beautiful trophies, of which this gigantic bush pig took Ian and her 10 days of baiting, sitting and waiting in the cold to get...and that on the last day in the last hour of her safari...!
Hunting her Nyala also took forever, but at the end, their hard work was rewarded with a really old bull with exceptional horns...a trophy to surely be proud of.

We just completed a Photographic Safari through some of South Africa's most beautiful and scenic places. The Safari kicked off in Cape Town, then went to Victoria falls, Zinkwazi beach on the Natal north coast, Hluhluwe Umfolozi Game Reserve, Golden Gate nature reserve, Addo Elephant park then down the Garden Route to Knysna and we then ended the tour on a high note on a lovely Wine Farm in Franschhoek. Attached is a few photos of the highlights.
