My Gids App was set up to connect local residents with businesses interested in providing useful services. I was running a small business and unable to find a cost effective way of advertising in the area. It seemed appropriate that local businesses had the opportunity to talk about the services they provide too.

The saying ‘out of sight, out of mind’ was the sentiment behind the app. It implies that customers might not know about your business and they may look elsewhere.

This app will provide you with information at the tap of your fingertips. A unique way to support local businesses and to know your town. The idea is to create connectedness and smooth interaction with customers to improve satisfaction and loyalty.

The My Gids App will become the 'go to' local resource for the Wineland residents.
