Dear Hayya,

Hope this email finds you well.

I would like to write few words to show my appreciation to you and your great team.

I used to visit creche out with my son since you were in Mirdiff, and started to visit on a weekly basis when you moved to wafi. I was really amazed by how your staff treat kids, it's like they are treating their own kids, and it shows how they are well trained and managed by a great manager.

I am a leader of a group of mommies which always wanted to share the best of play areas with my group. So I can proudly say you are the one.

We have weekly visits to creche and we have had two parties which have been done amazingly by you and your team. We had the halloween party held in creche which was amazingly managed and decorated. Last week we had our Christmas party which I am really thankful to you and your team that with a very short notice I have given you, you guys did a great job.

You are doing a great job, keep up the good job.
You are a great manager and you have great staff.
Let them know as well that they are doing very good so they get motivated.

So please accept my sincere thanks and regards to you and all the creche out team(specially Mr. John)

P.s. I will have my son's second birthday party with you guys because I'm really happy and satisfied.
