I’m BACK, well as of 1st May!

The last 8 months have gone by so quick. We have had a lot of fun growing together and being Willa’s Mum is the absolute best 🥰

I’ll be working fully remote so won’t be in a store environment for now. Email or phone will be the best way to get in touch, same details as before! Face to face may be an option from time to time.

The months have been flying by! I had my last trip to Adelaide for work over the weekend and I’m now working remotely until Maternity Leave.

Sadly our Bali holiday is over and back to reality 😢 it was a much needed trip to relax and enjoy great food!

Travel is still crazy busy so get in touch if your wanting to travel this year. Don’t wait, availability is getting tough and pricing just keeps going up!

Been a fun two weeks having family visit and giving them a quick tour of Sacramento, San Francisco and Vegas before flying off to catch sprintcar action for 10 days in Pevely and Knoxville!

Squeezed in a few Baseball games and surprised Dad with the Grand Canyon helicopter flight.

It’s been a long 12 months between hugs (even longer for my brother). So good to be back around family even for only a short time 😢

So many epic murals throughout Cincinati, it is still one of my fav US cities three years later.

I stumbled upon Cincinati three years ago when I needed to meet up with Hayden. It was the closest city to fly into so thought I’d have a weekend checking out the city. So glad I did.

A city full of history, cool vibes, art, breweries and culture.

Photo dump of my solo stay in Pittsburgh 🇺🇸

Spent 24 hours having a look around and break up my drive. Definitely a cool city, very old vibe with a lot more older buildings than modern.

I was today years old when I learnt that Pittsburgh was the original home of Heinz Ketchup 🍅

Crossing the river also gave epic skyline view of the city!

Sadly I didn’t get a chance to visit the North Shore but looked like a cool vibe ✌🏻

We had an educational morning visiting Gettysburg National Military Park. Such a great museum about the Civil War and the battle at Gettysburg.

A must visit to learn more about the Civil War.

Washington DC photo dump, was on my own so no selfies to prove I was here 😅 (wasn’t feeling too photogenic after my red eye and exploring on no sleep 😴)

Chicago was so much FUN!
We loved wandering the different areas. The architecture is beautiful, sitting along the river is refreshing and so many Chicago style foods to try 🤤🤤
We needed a little more time to visit Lincoln Park area so can’t wait to get back there!

Only a short trip out to the Midwest to see Hayden, visit Chicago and watch a race in Indiana.

Next trip will be out to Washington DC, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Indiana across 5 weeks so excited to be enjoying the downtime in California for the next couple of weeks in our home away from home 😀

One of my favourite cities in California so far!
Paso Robles

Reminded us so much of Adelaide and the wine regions at home. An area full of wineries, distilleries, breweries, cute little restaurants with delicious food and beautiful scenery.

Our stay ended with a lovely tasting and tour at Eberle Winery. Jennifer our host was absolutely amazing, so imformative and great to chat to, plus the wines were delicious.

Whenever I'm in the US I swear I am jinxed with flight delays and cancellations any time I travel. Today was a rare day with no disruptions for once 🙌. The running joke is no one wants to book the same flights as me especially if they have places to be 🤣🤣

Travel is different these days so my biggest tip is to have an open mind and be okay with things not going to plan.. I've always believed it but definitely stand by it more than ever..

Beach Bar with beautiful view of the Pacific 🌊

Not a swimming beach due to the super strong currents. Only some beaches are for swimming in Cabo and others you cannot go anywhere near the water due to safety.

Biggest tip for Cabo is to do your research and be sure you know what you want out of your vacation before booking.

If you love beaches and swimming in the ocean make sure your resort offers swimming or has a swimming beach close by.

Some resorts in Cabo are 20mins to 1 hour from Downtown Cabo. Transport isn't super affordable our resort recommends hiring a car to get around but not everyone is super confident to do so.
If you love getting out and about to explore its something to think about.

Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Resort has been perfect for us. The resort is beautiful, lots of food options and plenty to do.. We haven't felt the need to leave.
