Due to the recent cyclone and storm affecting the Port Douglas Main Highway, we regret to inform you that our usual route had been disrupted. As a result, we have had to divert our services through Mount Molloy, leading to an extended travel time of approximately 2.5 hours.

This unforeseen circumstance has necessitated adjustments in our fare structure for both private and shared services along this altered route. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this situation. Please note that services to Palm Cove and City remains unchanged.

Dear Valuable Customers,

As you all know the Cairns and Port Douglas area continues to be affected by heavy rain and flooding and as a result there is major flooding in the Barron River Catchment at present.
There is also a major flood warning from Cairns Disaster Group therefore Excellence Coaches will be unable to provide transfers tomorrow (18/12/2023). We apologize for any inconvenience. If any of you want to have a refund please send us bank details or we can keep credit for your booking for one year.
