About Dr’s Orders
Each week Christine provides members with five pre-packaged meals designed to take to work or be eaten at home. These are tasty plant based meals, with no animal products, minimal processed foods, or added oils. Many of the recipes are her traditional family recipes. Christine is the daughter of a Sri Lankan Father and Filipino mother, bringing a rich creative heritage into her cuisine. These meals are created with culinary love and a genuine desire to improve your health, longevity and to help you be the very best version of you, while you pursue your own dreams. Christine’s desire with these meals is to not just nourish you bodies, but to optimise your health with good nutrition and knit together a local community of people who care about their health and diet. We can all learn together and look after one another.
