School holidays are officially over! Thank you to all the wonderful families who enjoyed our holiday home over the holidays and created some awesome memories with their loved ones. 🏖 ☀️ 🐬 💕

Now that the kids are back at school we finally have some availabilities! Summer is far from over and the weekends (and week days) are glorious and sunny!

Please start thinking about your next school holidays and book early to avoid disappointment. We have now released dates for 22/23 summer holidays! 😱 Accomodation can be very hard if not impossible to secure during busy times and long weekends so please do get in quick to secure your preferred dates!

Winter in Jurien Bay is mild too and rates are off peak! You can still enjoy the beach, gorgeous sunsets, excellent fishing, bike rides and long hikes without the sunburn! The wind drops off and temperatures never get really low. We also have heating plus a cozy wood fire to keep you warm and snug if need be in a fully equipped comfy double brick home.

We are so lucky to have such wonderful guests who love our beach house as much as we do!

Our cleaners always appreciate it when the house is left neat and tidy as they still have a lot of work to do!

All linen including doonas, towels, sheets and mattress protectors are washed in hot water and dried in the sun. Beds are made, floors are vacuumed and mopped, all high touch surfaces are disinfected including light switches, benches, door handles and furniture. Cub boards are checked for items left behind and that all kitchen items are in the right place, fridges are cleaned inside and out and filtered water replaced. The shower is scrubbed and bathroom cleaned top to bottom. Marks are cleaned from walls and doors, dust and cobwebs don’t have a chance. Outside is swept, bins emptied and we make sure all the board games and toys are in the right places and the bbq is clean and ready to go. Lights and remotes for the air con and TV are checked that they are working and the lawns are watered.

Toilet paper, tea and coffee, paper towels, cooking spray, plastic wrap, alfoil, washing powder, clean tea towels and dish clothes and gas for the barbecue are checked and topped up before each guest arrival.

Everything is done so that you can relax and enjoy your stay! 😍

Last minute January dates now available! The temperature is soaring and what better way to stay cool in Jurien than at our beautiful beaches? With the beach so close to the house you can see it and room to park the boat you can easily have a swim or get out on the water. Centrally located and just a short stroll to the pub forget about cooking and if that all sounds like too much effort then kick back on the couch in front of the big screen and enjoy the air conditioning and with two fridges there is plenty of room to keep the drinks cold as well at Beach Waves Holdiay House.

Welcome to our brand new page!

Beach Waves is a newly listed holiday house so close to the beach that you can see the waves in beautiful Jurien Bay.

We offer comfortable holiday accomodation for families and small groups where you will have the whole house to yourselves.

With plenty of parking to the front and rear there is room for the boat and extra cars, a spacious grassed backyard for the kids to run around in, a huge enclosed patio with bbq, extra fridge for the beers and bait and even a dart board, plenty of seating, games, toys, books, dvds, wifi, portacot, high chair, change table and baby bath, fully equipped kitchen, large dining, tea and coffee, filtered drinking water, air conditioned and heating plus a wood fire for winter, with two separate living areas including a formal lounge with a big screen tv, all in a very clean and neat, spacious brick and tile house in a fantastic location!

Located on a friendly and quiet street you can walk to the shops, pub, park and beach all within a few hundred metres.

All linen is freshly provided with three separate bedrooms including a spacious king bed, queen bed with ocean views, single bed and set of bunks sleeping a total of 7 adults.

Tontine pillows, crisp sheets, comfy mattresses, warm doonas and fluffy towels are all included.

The only thing you will need to bring is the beach towels!

The laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, laundry basket, iron and board. We even provide the washing powder.

This house is beautifully clean and maintained with the owners living locally and is also professionally managed by Ray White Jurien Bay who will all ensure your stay is comfortable and stress free!

This is a newly listed property with some availability however dates are filling up fast especially for Christmas holidays so please get in quick to secure your preferred dates and start looking forward to your next family beach getaway 🏖
