Hi George

I just wanted to say that our trip to the airport tonight with Gill was outstanding in the atrocious weather conditions.

Of particular note is that when faced with a monumental tailback to the departure ramp, he advised us the best approach would be into the car park where he was able to drop us at the end of the walkway across to the international terminal. A stroke of brilliance and saved us (and him) a lot of time and frustration.

I’m sending this from the Qantas First lounge where Annie and I have enjoyed a meal and a glass of wine (or two in my case!). We are totally relaxed and looking forward to our holiday. All in large part thanks to Gill
