There are plenty of RSA and RCG providers out there which makes it a very competitive market. Thats great for the consumer - keeps prices low. Be very careful with other companies who have very cheap prices but you have to pay the full course by credit card prior to the course. If you are not at the courses 10 minutes prior to the start time they will not let you into the course and you have to pa

y a rebooking fee. Also during the course if you are a tiny bit late back from a break they won't let you back in. At Hospitality Courses we realise that people are human and life isn't perfect. We will accept students up to 15 minutes late (from course start time), however, the trainer will then have to sit down with you at the first break and go over anything you have missed. All we ask for is a $40 booking fee and pay the remaining fees at the end of the course. If you were to book both the RSA and RCG and pay for both courses to get our discounted price. Other companies who quote cheap prices are usually located at Parramatta or the City. Tried parking in those places before? - yep a nightmare plus the cost of it. Not only that think of the travel time and cost to get to the course. Hospitality Courses trains in the suburbs - we try to get close to you. All our venues have plenty of parking (at no cost) and are close to public transport. Hospitality Courses only employs trainers who are passionate about the industry and make the training session fun and enjoyable. When you speak to people who have done RSA and maybe RCG most say it was boring, started to fall to sleep and just wanted to get out of there. Talk to any person who has ever booked a course through www.rsarcg.com.au or www.rsarcg.Sydney and see what they say. The comments we continually get back after our courses is that the student had heard the courses was boring but that wasn't the case with our training. They actually enjoyed it and would refer other people to us. We hope that you book your training with Hospitality Courses and have a hassel free and an enjoable time. There are plenty of jobs out there - you just need the training to get you started.

Our Story

WHY DO YOUR TRAINING WITH HOSPITALITY COURSES? There are plenty of RSA and RCG providers out there which makes it a very competitive market. There are companies providing online traing for RSA but if you talk to the people who have done it this way it really does not give you the full experience of training. They also have to send in videos etc which cam be a pain. Take the time and attend the face to face training and learn the right way. Be very careful with other companies who have very cheap prices but you have to pay the full course by credit card prior to the course. If you are not at the courses 10 minutes prior to the start time they will not let you into the course and you have to pay a rebooking fee. We will accept students up to 15 minutes late (from course start time), however, the trainer will then have to sit down with you at the first break and go over anything you have missed.
