Touchpoint were thrilled to provide onsite registration services at the Dangkal Gwo’yal-wa First Nations Land and Water Management Forum 2024, held on Larrakia Country in Darwin from 27 to 29 August 2024. Our team also provided support in the lead up to the event, assisting with pre-event registration, building the exhibitor portal and developing a mobile app for delegates and government representative to build networks, share unique cultures and knowledge and develop learning opportunities. ❤️💛🖤

Touchpoint went “Back to the Future” at the Queensland Mining Industry Health and Safety Conference on the Gold Coast last week! The energy was electric as sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees came together for three days of growth, collaboration, and inspiration. We were thrilled to support this amazing event with our on-demand badge production and self check-in kiosks. A big thank you to everyone involved for making it a fantastic success.

The National Nursing Forum (NNF) is the Australian College of Nursing’s signature annual leadership and educational event bringing together nurses, students and other health professionals from around the country and across the globe. The 2024 took place earlier this month at the Cairns Convention Centre.

Australian Automotive Dealer Association (AADA) held their national conference at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) last week. Touchpoint were onsite, with 6 self check-in kiosks in tow to assist with onsite registration. It was a busy few days for the onsite team with our session scanning technology in full swing to track attendance throughout the event. Loan Market brokers from across Australia and New Zealand gathered in Adelaide last week for the annual Scale Up conference. The Touchpoint team (and our self-check in kiosks) were onsite to provide a friendly welcome and efficient onsite registration. Loan Market were able to maximise their impactful branding by repurposing our kiosks to provide directional signage at the event.

✈️ Travelling for work has its perks! It was a pleasure to be in Brisbane last week providing onsite registration services and a custom smartphone app for the Energy Networks Regulation Seminar 2024 at the State Library of Queensland. From its historic architecture to the wealth of knowledge within, it was the perfect setting to inspire and engage.

Touchpoint has been working with the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) since 2017 and it was a pleasure to partner once again for their National Conference in Melbourne.

Chris and Sara headed to Melbourne (along with 8 of our self check-in kiosks) to welcome the MFAA delegates to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC). The registration process was smooth sailing, and session scanning throughout the conference provided valuable insights about delegate attendance and engagement to assist with future planning.

🌟 Reflecting on an inspiring Australian Clean Energy Summit! 🌿

Our onsite team was thrilled to provide a seamless registration solutions using 10 of our next-generation self check-in kiosks. Our team was also on hand to manage the function scanning and table allocations for two very impressive social functions! It was incredible seeing industry leaders and innovators come together to champion clean energy solutions.

OT Exchange is Australia’s leading professional development conference event for occupational therapists and took place in Perth last month. Evolve 2024, hosted by Meetings & Events Australia , brought the Australian event community together at the Rydges Hotels & Resorts in the Hunter Valley for a jam-packed learning and development program last week.

Touchpoint has been partnering with Hire & Rental Industry Association to deliver their annual convention and exhibition since 2016.

The 2024 event took place at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre and Touchpoint assisted with pre-event online registration management, exhibitor portals, onsite delegate and visitor scanning for data collection and analysis and the development of a mobile app to keep delegates informed and engaged throughout the event.

It was a pleasure to partner with Tourism Fiji for the sixth year to provide onsite registration services at the Fiji Tourism Exchange 2024. We configured meeting matching in the custom event app to connect 89 sellers from across Fiji with 104 buyers from around the world. Through the power of technology we were able facilitate 4382 meetings across 2 days.

Scanning is one way to manage ticketed events and ensure your guests are exactly where they are supposed to be. Last week, Erica and Hilary were onsite in Darwin with the Australian Society of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy team assisting with session and function scanning. Our robust scanning solution can work in any location (queue beautiful Darwin Sunset!) and the data is captured to utilise after the event.

Touchpoint were very proud to sponsor and provide onsite services to the West Australian Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Sector Conference, organised by Aboriginal Health Council of Western Australia - AHCWA in Fremantle last week.

With three conferences hosted over four days, Touchpoint seamlessly checked-in all delegates using our efficient onsite registration systems. Our onsite printing solution allowed for multiple branding to be utilised on the conferences name badges, all of which featured the conference artwork designed by Tim Prouse, a designer and artist who grew up on Menang country down in Albany WA.

The highlight for us was connecting with the local community and supporting an important event helping to improve the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal people in Western Australia.

The Touchpoint Team were back on site last week, kicking off our year in Adelaide for AMP Advice LIVE 2024!

The team worked closely with AMP to manage all registration services in the lead-up to the event. Whilst onsite, they were kept busy with on-demand badge printing, session scanning, live poll & Q&A delivery, mobile app management and table allocation admin for the extraordinary gala dinner.

It was certainly a jam-packed couple of days at the Adelaide Convention Centre and our team loved seeing it all come together!
