Siou Foon Lee of Feng Shui Innovations has participated in Mind Body and Spirit Festivals, Home and Garden Shows, at seminars run by Sydney Building Centres and at the First World Classical Feng Shui Conference in Germany, Experience Festival in India, Joey Yap's National Feng Shui Congress in Kuala Lumpur. Siou Foon comes from an educational background and alternative Chinese healing modality. Her Australian connection as a lecturer was at the College of Natural Therapies in Broadway teaching Chinese Qi Healing and Accupressure before opting for full time Feng Shui and starting her consutation business. She is the principal of Feng Shui Innovations for almost two decades.

Another thing I can do in this lock down - repost old posts I find useful to reread for myself and others following me.

This lockdown gives me much time to organise the things I want to do to break the monotony of doing nothing.
I rest more. I sleep early.
I have the luxury of getting up later in the morning.
I have time to tidy my book shelf, go through my recipe book and reorganise the write ups.
Of course I have ample time to watch TV. Many times the TV box is watching me fall asleep.
I was hopeful lockdown will be over but was told not till November.

Way before cancer cells become a threat to your health look after your immune system.

It is not about avoiding certain food because of taste and preference but eating foods because of deficiencies the body is experiencing.

Paying more attention to what the tongue wants and forgetting the needs of the other organs in the entire body is putting the body out of balance.

A healthy lifestyle also includes an overall mind, body and spirit balance.

Toxic food can kill so can a toxic mind.

Be happy and stay healthy always.

On 2nd June Kenneth W H Lee held his 3 rd solo Art Exhibition in Bendigo Bank, Darling Square, Sydney. It will be ongoing for the whole month of June. We are so proud of you as you juggle corporate and family life while pursuing your life long passion in creating these pieces of art.

Artist Statement for the show:
Our world has changed overnight. Our existence questioned. Humanity made to self assess. Self conduct with direction and purpose has never been in sharper focus. Plans for the future seemingly brought forward.

Whilst self re-assessment and growth taking centre stage, we care, notice and love of our neighbours, friends and family more. The awakening hastened. Where do we go from here?

"Introspection III", my third solo, explores our inward-looking perspectives whilst also acknowledging the externalities surrounding us. The appreciation of all viewpoints starting with some introspective assessment of our fundamentals. My maiden solo show was named "The Interiority Of My Introspection" back in September 2019. And in December 2019 I held my second solo "Introspection II". Little did we know within a few months our world would change. Now the title Introspection is strangely apt and topical in our daily lives. In this show I attempt to convey the intricate inner beauty of our minds and creativeness. Our resilience. The acknowledgement of surrounding beauty that still has us gasping in awe and wonderment. In moments of darkness we have all endured, I attempt to capture its struggle, its twists and turns - the challenges, and yet the clarity of sheer beauty and seemingly love prevails. Our shared times with loved ones, captured in a mere moment. A memory. In the search for new love - the mourning of lost loves. The hope of new beginnings. Within the banality of mundane routines, I attempt to share with you endless intricate creations I see and feel all around me.

HEAVENLY STEMS
This picture of a huge tree spreading its far reaching branches over a wide area is an analogy often used in depicting Jia 甲 Yang Wood.
