🔹Ново-Иерусалимский монастырь ⠀
⠀
Пожалуй, именно с этого места стоит начать знакомство с городом. Монастырь был основа в XVII веке патриархом Никоном. Главный собор сооружен по подобию одноименного храма в Иерусалиме. Особенно завораживает красота интерьера собора. Многоярусный иконостас, росписи стен, иконы … все это никого не оставит равнодушным. ⠀

🔹Музейно-выставочный комплекс «Новый Иерусалим»⠀
⠀
Комплекс считается одним из старейших в Подмосковье (дата основание 1920 год). Но в начале 2013 года экспозиция музея переехала в новое здание. Сегодня музей насчитывает более 180 тыс. экспонатов. Среди которых есть коллекция церковной утвари, фарфоровые сервизы прошлого века, наборы оружия, мебель и редкое собрание живописи 20 века.

🔹Церковь Константина и Елены ⠀

Церковь находится на глубине шести метров. Построена она была в XVII веке. Чтобы попасть в церковь, необходимо спуститься по 33 ступенькам вниз. Внизу бьет священный источник. ⠀

🔹Музей деревянного зодчества ⠀
⠀
Музейный комплекс включает в себя несколько деревянных строений: деревянная изба начала 19 века (в избе можно посмотреть предметы быта крестьян), мельница (внутри можно осмотреть жилье мельника) и деревянная часовня. ⠀

🔹Драматический театр ⠀
⠀
Старейший театр в Подмосковье, основанный в 1908 году. Побывав здесь, можно окунуться в эпоху провинциальных театров конца 19-го — начала 20-го веков. ⠀
