Founded in 2013 by singer, songwriter and musician Fred Sevealii, Soul Food an annual Event championing the cause of Gospel, Christian R&B, Soul and Hip-Hop music throughout the South Pacific! Soul Food is more than an event; it is an investment into the lives of individuals, and communities and it is a stake in the ground for the Christian urban lifestyle as a whole. It is for individuals and chu

rches that identity with urban subcultures (such as R'n'B, hip-hop etc.) and communities, who desire their world to experience Christ. Soul Food is here to speak life into subcultures that mainstream church does not generally access. We do this through great music, workshops and an inclusive atmosphere that enables people from diverse backgrounds to encounter God in their own way! Soul Food originates and is auspiced by the Embassy Church Belmore, NSW. The Embassy Church is an urban style Pentecostal church in the heart of Sydney’s Canterbury-Bankstown led by Senior Pastors Ken and Mandy Fischer. The Embassy is an advocate for Christian urban culture and since Soul Food’s inception in July 2013 has supported its significant growth and success, expanding from NSW and to QLD in 2015. Soul Food is an answer to the need urban cultures present to the Christian church and uses music to minister into a space that is crying out for redemption and life!
