The company is managed by a Brigadier General (retired), its engineering consultancy and technical management are looked after by highly qualified BUET civil engineers who have long time experience in building construction and each project is supervised for full time by dedicated site engineers and administrative staffs. To ensure aestheticism and optimum space management, our architectural designs are done by experienced and professional architects and to implement the best possible safety features according to Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), the structural designs are also done by highly experienced civil engineers. Besides constant supervision of the projects, for the customers’ satisfaction and our commitment to the work, construction materials and the concrete mixtures used at each level of work are tested from the laboratories at Housing and Building Research Institute (HBRI), Dhaka. The name itself of the Company (where ‘X’ stands for Executive, and ‘En’ for Engineering) implies that some exclusive engineering is going on here at Xen !
