Chasing sunsets! Our cottage is less than a 15 minute drive to this beautiful public beach. We are conveniently situated almost halfway between Hampton Beach/Wharf and Parker’s Cove Wharf and less than 10 minutes away from the Young’s Cove Access Park.

Did you know the County has an old access road that runs along the top of the North Mountain? The best part, this road runs right by our cottage. So, if you enjoy hiking or biking we’ve got you covered. The possibilities are endless. Pretty neat, eh!

Welcome to Lakeside on Pine Haven!

Situated on a quiet private drive on Milbury Lake our cottage offers the opportunity to unwind and relax, lakeside.

Relax on the deck watching the sunset over the lake, take a dip in the fresh-water (gravel beach), enjoy a hike around the lake or kick back and enjoy.

The Cottage:
Fully equipped living space with many amenities to make your stay enjoyable and care free.

Our two bedroom cottage offers a master with a king size bed overlooking the lake. Sit out on the private deck, watching the ducks swim by as the suns setting over the lake.

The second bedroom is a cozy space offering a comfy double bed. Perfect for the kids or the couple that lost at the friendly game of crib 😉.

All sheets, pillows and blankets are provided.

The full bathroom is located on the second floor, adjacent to the bedrooms. This space offers a tub/shower combo, vanity and toilet. Towels and hand soap are provided. Please bring your own toiletries.

The main floor includes a fully functional kitchen with a range, fridge/freezer combo, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. All pots, pans, cutlery and dishes are supplied as well as a small assortment of commonly used items. *We kindly ask that your leave the kitchen the way you found it.

The main living space offers a queen size pullout couch, tv, and dining room table large enough to accommodate 6 guests. Linens and additional pillows are available for the sofa bed. A small selection of board games, cards and a crib board are on site in case you’d rather spend your evenings enjoying good company inside.

A washer and dryer is available on site as well as an outdoor clothes line for drying. Laundry detergent is not included.

Travelling with Pets:

Dogs are an important part of our family and travelling with dogs has become the new norm. We kindly ask that you pickup after your pet, in every capacity. With the lake being less than 70ft away from the cottage, we ask that you dry off pets before allowing them inside (the fully gated deck allows them to dry off while being secured). Cats are not permitted at this time. Dogs must be leashed when walking or hiking on and off property.

•Beach access for kayaks & paddle boarding (life jackets required. Kayaks & paddle boards are NOT provided)

•County accessed hiking trail system
•Ducks, ducks and more ducks. Bring some cracked corn and they will love you forever 😊
