Our hearts hurt for our friends from The Whiskey Teller and their whole team at the Thistle Hospitality Group. They suffered a severe building fire this morning unfortunately. This is a local favourite and is very much loved by our many guests. We wish them the best of luck an hope to see them bounce back stronger than ever!

Also a major thank you to ask of the volunteer firefighters from departments from far and wide to battle it.

Hello Everyone, sorry we haven’t made a post in a while. We have been hard at work inside Dome 2 (Emerald). Here are some progress photos so far, hoping to have wiring and plumbing in soon to really get rocking! This dome is going to be wheelchair accessible!

Thank you everyone for your interest, reaching out to congratulate us and all of the kind words. We just wanted to provide more details about our first little gem - The Diamond Dome. Offering all of the comforts of an elegant hotel stay, with a chic modern interior.

The Diamond includes:
- A kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker/latte/milk frother, French press (Locally roasted Coffee & Tea supplied), toaster, kettle, cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, pots & pans.
- King size bed and queen size sleeper sofa, all linens & pillows supplied.
- 3 Piece bathroom featuring a shower with a rain head, flush toilet and vanity sink. Handcrafted soap bars created by your hosts. Hair dryer, makeup remover wipes, All linens supplied.
- Large panoramic window to soak in those ocean views.
- Lay in bed and stare at the constellations with our Stargazer Moonroof.
- Roku Smart TV with Crave, Prime Video and Roku Live TV.
- Dome is equipped with Alexa Smart speakers, allowing you to control the lights with your voice, play music and more!

After many delays and lots of polishing our gem is now ready! We are happy to present our first dome - The 'Diamond Dome'. We are hoping to start taking reservations as early as this Tuesday. Here are some photos of the completed dome.

Did you know that as we have been working on getting the dome ready, your hosts Drew and Dana, have also been busy making homemade soaps for our guests to use during their stay? We have several different scents for you to enjoy. Also there will be more interior dome shots in the next couple of days.

It’s mesmerizing to watch rain trickle down the window of the dome, it doesn’t flow in a straight line but squiggles. Kind of neat to watch! Sorry you hear the fans helping to dry paint 😉

We are so close to finishing, we can’t wait to share what the inside looks like!
