Did you know there are health benefits to drinking wine(in moderation)?

Grapes have high levels of polyphenols which are antioxidants that have been shown to reduce oxidative stress and inflammation! This is higher in red grapes than in white, but still present in white grapes.

This winery is certified organic and Demeter certified biodynamic. Biodynamic preparations aid in fertilization and prevent plant diseases.

They have incredible views of the vineyard, the Pyramid, Makwala Kekuli, Okanagan Valley and of Okanagan Lake.

This is Frind Estate Winery. Did you know that they are the first beachfront winery in North America!? This property was purchased in 2017 by Markus Frind, after he sold his Plenty of Fish company, and wanted to try something different. It is one of the most advanced wineries in the world! They also have a lovely spot for lunch called Annies Beach Cafe! Who doesn’t love beachfront!?

This here is Volcanic Hills Estate Winery. They started growing their grapes back in 1978.

They are located on the SE slope of Mt. Boucherie, a 60 million year old, dormant volcano. Volcanic Hills Winery takes it’s name from the rich volcanic soils surrounding it.
