Soulfull Studio offers workshops that provide opportunities for increased self-discovery and well-being through creative expression. We encourage artistic exploration with the aim of connecting people more deeply with their inherent strengths. Workshops guide group participants through structured, process-oriented activities using a variety of artistic mediums, writing and other expressive modalit

ies. We provide an inclusive space that respects individuality, welcomes vulnerability, supports healing and encourages authentic expression. Our studio is located in the heart of the Exchange District in Winnipeg, but we can also provide workshops off site. Some of our areas of focus include:

- Living Open/Vulnerability

Soulful Studio is a collaboration between Art Therapists Adri Leinberger and Julie Epp. They have worked together in various capacities since 2011.

Connecting with Your Creative Language

How do you express your creativity in everyday life? Sometimes we think creativity is only about creating art or music, but it shows up in so many other ways in our lives. It might be how you dress, the way you decorate your home, plant your garden, or prepare food. We all have unique forms of being creative.

What is your language of creative expression? This workshop will uncover and celebrate the unique ways we are all living creatively, with the hope of connecting us more deeply with our inherent creative language. The workshop will then explore how we can invite more opportunities for fulfilling creative experiences in our everyday lives.

Thank you to all the participants who shared the day with us on Saturday in the Living Your Truth workshop!

This four hour workshop guided participants through activities that explored their passions, values, strengths and life purpose. We also addressed the fears that can sometimes hold us back and made a commitment towards living more in alignment with the life we want.
