In the era of artificial intelligence, people's demands for computing power will increase explosively. Mainly manifested in the following aspects:
First, Internet Video Images. According to statistics, the number of global total internet users is about 3.4 billion. If each person will transmit 30 minutes videos and 30 images per day, and each frame in videos takes 0.5 seconds which means it needs 0.1 T Flops computing power for per frame, then every day around the world 15 Exa Flops computing power is needed.
Second, Phonetic and Semantic Identification. If each person will transmit 30 minutes audio per day and each second needs 1T Flops computing power, then a total of 71 Exa Flops computing power is needed per day around the world.
Third, surveillance cameras. According to authoritative organization's prediction, with the increasing demand of accurate capturing , the camera quantity will increase exponentially and globally. By 2022, the number of cameras in the world will increase 216%, among which the number of security camera percentage will increase from 3% to 8%.
Fourth, intelligent car. In 2035, there will be 11.5 million intelligent cars putting into use. 1150 Exa Flops of computing power will be needed for support. Bitmain
