Again location lowest score walk up the stairs to get to the centre. Andy and I got 10 out 10 again for cleaning and welcoming guests. Our first guests from Latvia they were lovely hope to have more from Latvia in the future

9 overall he didn't like the walk up the stairs to get to the centre. At least Andy and I got a 10. Can't ask more from the staff and he liked our cleaning too 10 out 10. What can we say he wants to come back can't ask for more than that. Love it when guests really enjoy their stay. This is makes the work worth whole.
