Winter or Spring? This little tree is terribly confused….luckily it is feeling like spring today! Just a few closing winter feels the next few days because the snow pictures are too unique not to share.

This is one of my favorite photos that I’ve taken in awhile. I was out for a lovely Sunday stroll with my dog, , enjoying the first feelings of spring. My senses seemed to be fresh and alert; I was relaxed. Honestly, I’m very pleased with a few of the images I captured on that walk. I suppose you could say I felt as though I were living in the moment. When I was walking up the ramp to the top of the bridge here, I saw the lady along the rail first, and I had already crouched down to get the leading line angle when the runner came into my frame. I love that it’s Lady Liberty, and women in the photo. I feel that there’s an even deeper meaning to the photo that I haven’t even fully tapped into yet. What an amazing time I had on Friday watching this little business become a real thing! I initially ran the concept for My Paris Snapshot by some amazing ladies ( , , and ) at . Their enthusiasm for the idea, and our 30 minute brainstorming session that ensued had me really excited! It also led me to feel like I didn’t want to let them down. I had to make this a reality! Well, running two other businesses has me a little busy these days, but somehow, this still made sense. I just had to find the time to implement it. In short, I was able to create the website last summer, but I didn’t have the time to promo it last year. I tried not to be too hard on myself, and I thought, “Ok, this spring/summer will be the real launch.” Thankfully my fellow continue to believe in me. Anne and Nancy thought this concept would be a great addition combined with a 2CV tour in Paris with the group in town for Paris fashion week. Even though it wasn’t the full on format I picture for this venture, I actually learned a lot! Funny how that happens right?! The women participating were all models, so they of course they are fantastic at posing, boomerang-ing….if it deals with social media, they’ve got it down! It was incredible to see them in action, and oh so rewarding at the end of our time together to see the collection of snapshots they were taking home with them from my instax cameras. Today was awesome!!! The first group launch tour with the ladies was a success!! Their photos they took looked so fantastic! Mother Nature could have been nicer to us, but we managed in spite of it. More to come soon I promise! I can’t wait to share more! For now though, it’s time to celebrate the small wins of this entrepreneurial, girl boss life of mine! Cheers! 🥂 🍾 — oh and a huge shout out to my husband for always being by my side! 😘

Excited for a week full of opportunities! This is one of my favorite snaps I’ve taken with the instax so far here in Paris. It’s so moody and mysterious. It looks undated too, makes you wonder when it was taken.

It’s gonna be a bright, bright sunshine-y day!🎼 It must be a record or something this week, we’ve had soooo much sun! Now if we could just get these freezing temperatures to rise a bit too. Oh well, I won’t be stingy, just happy it’s sunny! ☀️☀️

Cruising into the weekend in Paris, excited for the week ahead! My honey has been under the weather this week, so hoping to get out this weekend and enjoy some fresh air, and take in the city since I’ve been away for a few weeks. Bon Weekend!

This is one of my favorite polaroids I've captured this far! It's only a cafe chair, but yet so much more! When I see red, white, and blue (or blu, blanc, rouge as it were in 🇫🇷) I immediately think of patriotic thoughts from home or for our new country we call home. It's the perfect post to represent Bastille Day! My apologies it's a day late, we were out enjoying the festivities yesterday. Check our stories for a peek at the fireworks!

Don't you really want to eat this croissant now? I got this china set as a gift from my parents and Grandma, it certainly works well in Paris!! I had my 👀 on it for quite some time. I almost cried when I opened it because I thought it was already gone.

Does anyone know if there's a name or phrase for taking a photo of a photo with the Polaroid like this? I think these are fun, and I was just wondering if anyone has coined a phrase for this?

I'm calling this one, "Pretty in Pink." Isn't it gorgeous? I wish the cherry blossoms could stay like this longer. Paris is already beautiful, but when everything was blooming, it almost felt as though I was walking around in a dream or a movie scene.
