🐾We are currently preparing a new game to discover Montmartre in a fun way... preparation means not just doing research, but also scouting the place: walking around with a map and a notebook, noting important things down, observing the area... that sometimes puts us in awkward or funny situations.😺Wondering what was going on with the bar employee: was he waiting for a visit from the officials or had something to hide?🧐

What's new in Paris?🧐 Well, recently a new museums has opened in Paris - Citéco - Cité de l'économie! A great place to discover economics as an adult or a child. But that's not all: the museum is established in Hôtel Gaillard, which basically means it was a private mansion of a banker. Later on it was transformed into a branch of a bank. Don't want to spoil you anything, so have a looksie at some beautiful architectural details.

Tag anyone who could be interested in visiting!😎 Don't let them miss this museum. By the way, everything in the museum is translated to both English and Spanish 😻Highly interactive, the museum will not leave you disappointed.

🐾Jeudi dernier Follow the Cat a réalisé son plus grand projet à ce jour - un jeu de piste sur mesure pour la fête des personnels de Sorbonne Université.🥳 136 joueurs ont relevé le défi de retrouver l'étudiante qui avait perdu son journal intime sur le campus Jussieu. Félicitations à tous les joueurs, le défi n'était pas facile, mais de nombreuses équipes y sont parvenues. Et vous, voulez vous découvrir le campus Jussieu prochainement lors d'un jeu de piste ?😺

Tutankhamun's exhibition (Expo Toutankhamon Paris) in Paris blows your mind: the beauty of the artwork impresses you even more when you consider the year it was all made. Grand Egyptian Museum - GEM's exhibits will be staying in Paris until the 15th of Paris on display at La Villette. Our favorites: Tut's jewellery, the magic board game, and of course, the statuettes with round booties 😉 The big plus of the exhibition: everything is translated to French and English. However, watch out: contrary to the website info, if you read (almost) everything - your visit will take about 2hours 😎(By the way- must buy your tickets in advance online, no ticket sale on site!).

🐾 Did you know there is a possibility to visit the biggest startup campus in the world, Station F? 😉 Yep, bigger than Silicon Valley 😎 In addition to its current function, the building is a historical monument and hides some unexpected secrets(especially concerning the architecture). Don't want to be packed like sardines like in Louvre? 🙄 Visit the museum of Arts et Métiers located just behind the Pompidou center. Pleasantly almost empty at all times😍, this big museum has a great collection of various technical exhibits: the model of the Lady liberty statue, Foucault's pendulum, trains, French cars, ancestors of computers, 📽️ and other curiosities.

Have you already visited Musée de la Vie romantique ? Conveniently located, the museum tells the story of the romance life in Paris through the lives of the artists of that period❤️. Even though the museum offers a great deal of art and daily life things from that period to marvel at🤩, not to spoil the pleasure of discovery, I am going to share here only with their ingenious way of preventing people from sitting down on comfy-looking arm chair which is a museum exhibit. The European Days of Jewish Culture and Heritage are coming up next week already: the 1st and 2nd of September. It's a great occasion to get to know more about this culture and its heritage. In order to celebrate it the Musée d'art et d'histoire du Judaïsme is welcoming visitors to the museum for FREE. Moreoever, there will be some special events on the 1st and 2nd of September to learn more about the Tunisian Jews culture.

Be warned that the museum is really big so plan 2-3 hours at least to visit it. 😉

🏆Congratulations to the French🇫🇷 team winning the FIFA world cup! 🏆After 20 years (FIFA of 1998) the title is back to France.
Croatia, don't be upset, see you in 4 years in 🇶🇦!
Paris is crazy: bars are full, cars are honking, people jumping and shouting. Even fireworks!
A sidenote for the sports fans: you can actually visit Stade de France where FIFA 1998 took place. It is barely a few stops away from Paris.

The 🇫🇷️ National day is only in 5 days! Although most of the events will take place on the 14th, several of them will start on the 13th of July.
The main events not to miss: the Military parade in Avenue des Champs-Élysées in the morning and the stunning firework show in the evening by the Tour Eiffel 🎆.

🐾CAT'S PRO TIP: You do not have to be at the Eiffel tower to see the firworks. Check out farther locations for a more comfortable and less crowded experience (Place de la Concorde, Trocadero, Riverbanks, one of the many rooftop restaurants of Paris...).
