Greenways is a fabulous well equipped holiday cottage situated within the heart of Banchory, a historic town in Royal Deeside.

The views from the property are to the south across the hills of the lower Grampians such as Scolty and Monearn. Greenways has four bedrooms: one ground floor master room with king size bed and one downstairs twin/super king bedroom, and two doubles with family bathroom upstairs. There is a superb spacious open plan fitted kitchen/dining area with patio doors and access to the secluded sunny rear garden. In addition, there is a separate living room area with an open fire, a further ground floor toilet and utility room with full washing facilities. To the exterior of the cottage is an large front garden with childrens play house and parking for up to five cars. The rear garden is complete with garden furniture, gazebo, BBQ and a weeping willow water feature .

Greenways is a gorgeous holiday home fit for anyone wanting to visit this historical part of North East Scotland and is perfectly located for access to the shops, bars and restaurants of bonnie Banchory. The current owners have owned the property since 1999, extending it to meet the needs of their family from the original two bedroomed 1950's bungalow. Now living abroad the owners enjoy sharing this lovely house with holidaymakers and appreciate being able to come home for holidays.
