How are we already half way through the year 😲. Super busy first 6 months at no.3. we are fully booked till mid August with only limited day's left till September. Come and enjoy some of the beautiful walks Buxton and the surrounding areas offer or relax with a cold beer in one of the many pubs and fabulous independent cafes. Any independent cafes/shops etc that would like to be included in our welcome folder do please drop us a message.Mr pickles certainly enjoyed his run in corbar woods around the bluebells and up to corbar cross before a well earned pint (water for pickle he is under age ) in the Cheshire cheese beer garden..we are human,child,dog friendly With treats left for all 🍾🍭🍰🐕. Fabulous start to 2024 for no.3 ❤️🎉. After a whirlwind of bookings for December. The first reviews for January made us burst with pride . No.3 is ready to welcome all our Christmas/new year guests. 🎉🎄🍾🥂
We have availability from Tuesday for a few days so if anyone wants a last minute break or has family visiting book direct for the best price.

*SPECIAL BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND OFFER*
Due to a last minute cancellation number 3 has availability for the bank holiday weekend. Arriving Saturday 29th after 2pm and leaving Tuesday the 2nd at 11 am . Book the 3 nights at £90 a night through us and there will be no booking fees or extras. Want to do 2 nights (which we don't normally accept) the Saturday till the Monday we will do at £100 a night so if 4 people come that is £25 per person per night 🎉🎉. Free Secure parking can be sorted for a refundable deposit of £50. Message for more information ❤️

Almost a year since our last post and what a year we have had. !!!! Back to back bookings 😲and fantastic reviews 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉. We actually have availability at no.3 this month. March the 6th ,7th and 8th are available at £70 a night plus a £20 cleaning fee for the stay if booked through us ..that's a saving of £30 a night and no Airbnb charges so an extra saving of at least£70 . The 12th till the 15th is available at £80 a night plus a £20 cleaning fee again no Airbnb /booking .com charges ... Grab a bargain.... As shown on the photo Mr pickles thinks January and February have lasted months so he thinks it's only fair your dog stays for free on these dates. Inbox for more info ❤️❤️❤️

Good morning. Super happy to host our next guests who arrive today and get married on Friday 🎉👩‍❤️‍👨. We love they picked number 3 to stay in while celebrating there big day . Fizz,cake,beers etc will be waiting when they walk through the door ❤️.
We are totally full may,June. The only dates in July are arriving sat 2nd and leaving Thurs 7th. August is full and the only dates in September are Fri 2nd till Mon 5th. We do have a small number of one night stays which we don't normally do, but due to guests leaving and more arriving a couple of days later this has left one day slots. Inbox for more info on these dates. These are £100 a night !! £25 per person a night if 4 stay ❤️❤️x

We have returning guests at no .3 this Easter weekend. All past guests get a choice of a small welcome back hamper. These guests went for the easy breakfast hamper. We hope they enjoy !! 😍. Happy Easter 🐣 x

As we are getting close to saying goodbye to what feels like the longest month EVER. We would like to celebrate February ❤️ with a fantastic deal. We have arriving Monday 7th feb leaving Friday 11th available at no.3. For only £70 a night !!!(min of 2 nights) 🥳. When booked through us there will be no service/booking charges. A dog is welcome for £20 per stay . Book the whole block for £240 which makes your stay £60 a night ❤️❤️❤️

Happy new year!!! What an amazing Christmas/new year we have had . We hope everyone seeing this post has enjoyed the festive period. No .3 has had some amazing guests stay and our new year started with one of our favourite reviews ever..we love making sure you enjoy your stay here. 6 bookings in the last 48 hours mean we have no availability in January and only 5 days left in February. All other months up to August are booking up fast so anyone wanting to book through us for the best deal get in touch asap. Hope 2022 is an amazing year for you all and thank you to everyone who has helped from our guests, recommendations , family and my amazing cleaning Angel's. Friday meant family weekend at chesire oaks in our house before real life starts on Monday. Hope everyone else has had a equally fun time ❤️xx

Sorry for lack of posts, Busy busy October and got a equally busy November here at no.3 ❤️. We are extremely happy to share new additions to our cottage . Firstly some amazing new art work added to our hallway . Thank you Andrew Baker ,amazing talent . For this Halloween 🎃 season, 2 amazing Gonks made by Emma unwin ( your lucky they made it to no.3 !!,the Christmas Gonks never left my house 🙈. Lastly we would love to recommend nanna p's cakes. I was lucky enough to win one of the amazing lemon tray bakes 🤤. It didn't last long in this house ,if future guest's/ friends / followers would like more info on these 3 amazing small businesses . Look at this beautiful boy who has just enjoyed a week's holiday at no 3. Fantastic picture of blaze in our cottage with his complimentary dog cupcake which we leave all our dog guests ,a long with a treat jar/blanket and bowls. Blaze and his owners were the perfect guests who took fantastic care of our property ❤️. We have a different guest arriving with his owners tomorrow for a holiday 🐰. The treat jar will be filled with carrots x

Looks like it is going to be a sunny Saturday for our guests at number 3. Today a special thank you goes to Charlotte and Andrew dent who will receive this gift for recommending our cottage which resulted in a booking .we are extremely grateful. 🥂 We are full next month, limited availability in Oct. Did you know if your a returning guest at No.3 you will be given a small treat as a thank you for choosing us again. This will be a breakfast hamper or afternoon tea hamper. Rachael and her partner have gone for the breakfast hamper . Who doesn't love a good fry up with oakcakes, croissants,real butter and jam on the side ❤️

Due to family circumstances one of our guests have had to cancel there break with us so we have availablity starting Tuesday the 10th aug leaving Friday the 13 th aug . It has been amazing to have been able to welcome all our lovely guests to no. 3 having spent more time shut than open since we brought it .We have been fully booked since reopening and are full till the end of September.😁 Not only that but we received an email today telling us we have been awarded a super host status . Mega pleased . Massive thank you to our lovely guests and there fantastic feed back . (Shout out to john bless him .As it's in my name i get all the credit 😂😂.but no body cleans a bathroom like him ) . 🥰

It has been absolutely fantastic to welcome our guests back to number 3 .The feed back off our guests has been amazing. Thank you to everyone who has shared our post's and told people about our cottage. Apart from 2 days at the start of August we are totally and utterly full until September ❤️❤️. Hopefully this is the start of life returning to normal,but our hearts will always go out to people who lost there loved ones this last year x

Happy Easter guys ❤️❤️ only 8 days till we can reopen number 3 🥳. We have a super fab offer 😮😮We have a select number of days in April which are available. Booked on Airbnb for 3 nights this would cost you £439 including your service charge and cleaning fee. Book direct with us and you can have it at £300 all in ,that's a great saving of £139.😮. Plus remember if we get a booking as a result of you guys you get a thank you gift and the guest a bottle of fizz. 🍾. Anyone who shares this post today is in with a change of winning a creme egg Easter egg as let's be honest you can never have enough chocolate. Not long till we can welcome back our first guests. Dates are filling up now ,we only have a limited number of days left in August. 😀.
