2024 rental prices.
We have three chalet villa's based on the Welcome family holiday park, Dawlish Warren. Each property sleeps 2-8 persons. We live next door to the Welcome family holiday park for easy check-in, and reception services. Our prices range from £80 per night per chalet to £155 per night per chalet (summer school holidays). Our bookings are from 3 nights (selected weeks) to 28 nights. The prices quoted are for up to 6 persons, and there is a supplementary charge for one or two more guests. We accept a well behaved dog. Our chalets are two storey, with parking just outside the block. Each chalet is in the same block for larger family get togethers.
There is a double bedroom upstairs, and separate larger bedroom that includes a bunk bed, and single bed. There is a TV upstairs. The bathroom upstairs includes a full size bath, with electric shower. Downstairs, there is a sofa bed, larger TV and open plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a small oven, hob, microwave and air fryer. There is a fridge freezer as well. We supply garden furniture, and guests may sit outside the chalets overlooking well presented gardens.
All our guests can use our complimentary fibreoptic WIFI service, and we provide a linen hire service at no extra charge. This includes towels, and bedding. A travel cot and hire chair can be supplied at no extra charge, upon request. The chalets are equipped with modern electric wall heaters that also run air conditioning in the summer months. Electricity is not metered, and is included in the holiday price.
Guests may use the on-site facilities if they wish, including crazy golf, a playground and sports pitch, shops, launderette and takeaway. The on-site club and pool facilities can be used by guests if they pay a daily admission fee to site staff. Hazelwood clubhouse on the holiday park across the road also admits our guests for free.
We do not accept stag/ hen/ party groups as it is against site rules.
