There are beautiful walks through an area steeped in history and scenic countryside.
Probably my favourite type of walk where you can combine getting outside in some beautiful countryside with the past. Burgh Castle, Gariannonum as it was called by the Romans, was a Saxon shore fort built over 1700 years ago. Set in the now tranquil Norfolk wetlands and only 7 miles from Caister, the walk allows you to step back in time.
The lovely little church of St Peter and St Paul built out of some of the fort and with a distinctive little round tower would have its own story to tell.

Our caravan is only a year old so a great bargain.
