This 4 bedroom 4 bathroom townhouse is located on the new community of Solara and will sleep up to 8 guests in comfort. The open plan design features a fully equipped kitchen that overlooks the living room, which has a large, flat screen TV, and dining table that seats eight. There is a smaller, second living area located upstairs on the landing and features a flat screen TV and sofa. There is also internet available throughout the home for guests to use. The bedrooms consist of two king rooms, both located upstairs and two twin rooms, one located on the ground floor and the second located upstairs. There are TV's in every bedroom. Outside you will find your own splash pool, furnished pool deck and a small furnished lanai.
