This modern and beautifully decorated one bedroom apartment, laid out over 2 floors, is the perfect place to base your Lake District holiday. Whether it's action packed or just a quiet romantic break, there's nothing better than cosying up on the sofa at the end of a great day out with a bottle of wine. The large sunny living room has a smart flat screen TV with free Wi-Fi and there are a variety

of books and walking guides on the bookshelves for your use during your stay. The modern fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need for your self-catering holiday with gas oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Should you need them there is also an iron, ironing board and clothes airer. There is a newly fitted shower room containing a great shower with both a large top mounted shower head and a hand held shower head to revitalise you after a day out and about. The bedroom has a comfy king size bed and plenty of storage space. Bed linen is provided but please bring your own towels. We are able to supply towels but at an additional cost and with advanced notice. There is ample on-street parking available right outside the apartment which is free at all times.
