It’s been a big year, with a beautiful sound journey yesterday at St Dogmaels village hall, that brought our sound work to a sweet finale. Thank you all who shared with us throughout the year, those who came here at to Glandwr Sacred Vacations for flumie training and the Golden Gong Gathering, our annual master didgeridoo gathering with legend Ondřej Smeykal… and all of you who we met on our travels in the Czech Republic, Germany and Austria… so many beautiful deep meetings of beautiful souls all joined in our love for Sacred Sound.

Wishing you all deep peace at this holy time and sweetness in all your relations. May this time bring us closer in our remembrance of our true essence that is pure love.

Today we’d like to introduce our Beloved friends Craig abs Jacquie Shankster who will Grace us with their magical singing bowls on the opening night of this years Golden Gong Gathering. We’re delighted !!!!

Glandwr Sacred Vacations was born from the healing work Bear Love and I have developed together . Drawing on the many years of our own individual sacred and healing path we found that together we can support people moving through profound healing journeys quite effortlessly. With sacred sound, acupuncture, hands on healing, sacred ceremony and shared stillness we offer a safe environment for profound transformation. Allowing yourself space out of your day to day routine or stressful environment is of benefit to all . Taking good care of ourselves has never been more important; whether you’re just looking for some deep rest or you’re working through some difficult life stuff, a few days here at Glandwr will help you remember sweet peace . Retreats here can be adapted to your individual needs. We’re happy to welcome couples or very small groups. Your stay here could include some individual healing sessions, acupuncture or soundhealing or indeed combinations of both. You may wish to spend time in nature or being quiet. Whatever suits your needs. We offer guidance on diet and life style. There are options to learn QiGong or study flumies and Gong with Bear Love. Bespoke Healing Retreats in West Wales

We offer a number of retreats throughout the year as well as sacred sound and meditation gatherings. This is a place of peace and healing, a chance to just be and drop out of the business of your day to day life. We have on purpose left out the WiFi option in the apartments, so you can truly switch of and just be, meditate, watch the kites flying overhead or take a stroll across the fields or disappear into the wilderness of our own woodland. The beach is a mere 15 minutes drive away; in fact some of the finest beaches of Cardigan bay are on our doorstep, with the added bonus of the largest population of dolphins there for your enjoyment. There are many walks through enchanted woodlands and along rivers such as the Teifi and Clettwr to name but a few.

Glandwr is a place where you come home and feel deeply held; you can choose to be by yourself or combine your time away with some deep healing, acupuncture and sound therapy. Both Bear and Shion have many years of experience on their individual healing skills. They work alone or together, depending on what your special needs maybe. As we say in Wales, we keep a welcome in the hillside. This is most definitely true for Glandwr. ‘So much more than’ is a frequent comment people make at the end of their stay here. It’s a place of deep peace, simplicity and a unique chance to reboot and come home to yourself.
