Dog restrictions on Anglesey's beaches

As a pet friendly holiday cottage, we appreciate that during the summer months, dogs are banned from certain areas at 7 of the beaches on Anglesey.

The good news is, this restriction only applies from 1st May to 30th September each year. So for all you dog owners who want to fully enjoy these beaches with your dogs, you don't have much longer to wait.

200 years ago in August 1819, work started on one of the most iconic sights you see when visiting Anglesey. Built by Thomas Telford to help improve transport links to Ireland, the Menai Suspension Bridge was a modern engineering first.
