It was like a scene straight out of a foodie film 🍴 Speaking of which, have you seen "Chef" yet? It's a heartwarming and mouthwatering film that celebrates the beauty of food and the joy of cooking 🌮🍔🍝

Cleaning and cooking a red scorpionfish, also known as scorfano in Italian, is a simple process. To clean the fish, first rinse it thoroughly under cold running water. Then, using a sharp knife, make a cut along the belly from the head to the tail and remove the innards. Rinse the fish again and pat it dry with paper towels.

To cook the scorfano, there are many ways to prepare it, but one delicious method is to roast it with herbs and lemon. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the scorfano on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Rub the fish with olive oil and season it with salt and pepper. Then, stuff the cavity with fresh herbs, such as thyme or rosemary, and lemon slices. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Once the scorfano is cooked, serve it immediately with a side of roasted vegetables or a light salad for a delicious and healthy meal.
